SHIPPING

As a small business, I rely on USPS and UPS for shipping needs. Items may take longer to ship as a result! It can take up to 7 days from the time of purchase to ship.

I do ship internationally. Shipping rates depend on destination & size of artwork. 

I make efforts to recycle boxes and fill when I can, as a result packages don't always look the "prettiest" but I will ensure your artwork will arrive safely in one piece.

If you need a package expedited please contact me immediately after purchase and i’ll see what I can do.

LOCAL PICKUP

I offer pick-ups If you are local to Seattle WA. If you would like this service, select local pick-up when you check out. If you choose this, I will contact you shortly after for instructions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I do not accept returns, unless an item has been damaged in transit.  Shipping is to be paid by customer.

Please contact me immediately, if you have received a damaged item and I will do my best to remedy the situation.  

There are no refunds on commission work. 

WHERE IS MY ITEM?

You should receive an email confirmation after a purchase has made. If for some reason you did not receive a confirmation email reach out to me via the contact page.

I will do my best to keep you updated on any delays or changes to your order.
